The Presidential Election of 2012: Perspectives on an Historic Contest

With the 2012 elections quickly approaching there are many candidates looking to fill the presidential seat next year. But the remaining question is, who actually has a chance? Professor Crotty will review Barack Obama’s presidency and his positioning in the electorate going into the 2012 primaries and caucuses. He will also look at the Republican field of candidates with an emphasis on major and most likely nominees and the issue agendas they will present to the voters.
