It all comes down to this.
With Northeastern's 3-2 victory over Boston University on Monday night, the Huskies have advanced to the championship game of the 61st annual Beanpot Tournament on Monday, Feb. 11, at the TD Garden. It is the Huskies' third trip to the title game in the past five years, but Northeastern is still seeking its first championship - and the coveted Beanpot Trophy that comes with it - since 1988.
Northeastern will be facing off against the defending champion Boston College Eagles at 7:30 p.m. BC knocked off Harvard in Monday's other semifinal matchup.
Will this be the year of the Husky? Northeastern has already beaten the Eagles this season, a 3-1 victory during Homecoming Weekend, handing defending national champion BC its first loss of the season.
If you're going to the game, or just hanging around in Boston, be
sure to stop by the official Husky Headquarters for our pre-game
gathering. We're expecting a full-house of Northeastern fans, so
